Major benefits here from an empty space

Vacant Shops Available in Bradford

Following a meeting with members of Bradford City Council’s management team Hammond Associates have been invited to utilise as many of the vacant shop units in the city centre for arts charities. This coincides with the opening of the Westfield shopping centre and the plan to maintain activity and footfall in and around Kirkgate.

The areas which are being considered around Kirkgate Market include; Ivygate, Westgate, Darley Street and Rawson Place.

We therefore wish to urgently speak with landlords and agents who manage the empty premises on these streets with a view to revitalise the area. It makes perfect business sense to help charities whilst enjoying empty rate relief.

If you know anyone who owns or manages any empty premises in these areas and may be interested in our offer please ask them to contact us on info@hammondassociates.org
